St. Martin’s Feast at Pivnice U Čápa

November belongs to goose, good wine, and friendly gatherings. This year, once again, we’ve prepared a traditional St. Martin’s menu at Pivnice U Čápa that will bring you all the cozy autumn vibes with its wonderful flavors.

Start with delicious goose rillettes with apples, shallots, and a touch of cognac, served with onion marmalade and fresh bread. Next comes a hearty goose kaldoun soup with homemade noodles and liver dumplings to warm you up. And then the highlight of the evening: a quarter of slow-roasted St. Martin’s goose, served with both red and white cabbage, potato dumpling rolls, and fluffy bacon dumplings.

For dessert, enjoy a sweet ending with a delicate cheesecake topped with plum preserves and cinnamon – the perfect match for your after-dinner coffee.
