Can you feel it? Things are heating up, and it’s not just the summer weather. At U Čápa, it’s about to get even hotter because we’re bringing back a special offer you’ve been waiting for. Before we dive into all the fiery dishes from the kitchen, we’d love to remind you that this year we’re continuing with the second edition of the CHILLI CHALLENGE BRNO competition, where brave souls with steel tongues will test the limits of both body and spirit by eating dishes straight from the deepest depths of culinary hell. Last year was borderline insane in terms of spiciness, and this year we’re turning it up even further.

Back to the menu. To start, you can look forward to beef carpaccio with jalapeños, smoked saffron mayonnaise, and warm baguette. Lightly spicy, highly addictive. But then we turn up the heat – chilli niva cheese balls in three levels of spiciness will perfectly prepare you for the fire that follows.

Our tomato soup with chicken, black beans, and sour cream will warm both your soul and your tongue. And the mains? We did not leave those to chance. Pork tenderloin stuffed with jalapeños and topped with cheddar sauce. Hot wings with dill dressing and celery, just like they should be. Bacon chilli cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and melt-in-your-mouth beef. And for the truly brave – spicy beef ribs in habanero marinade.

Even the dessert comes with a kick. Chocolate ice cream with chilli and salted almonds or chocolate cake with mango ragout and fresh coriander will prove that even sweets can have attitude.
