The favorite tartars are back!
Don't miss them this year and come to Čáp.
Tradionally, you can choose from six delicious tartars. Which ones are they?
First we recommend Deer tartare with juniper mayonnaise and gin, dijon mustard, shallot, parsley, lemon grass and fried bread with garlic. Another piece to show off is Veal tartare with qual egg, marinated mustard seeds, pickles, capers, shallot, tabasco and toasted bread. Next tartare that we've prepared is Smoked salmon tartare from our smokehouse with fresh dill, sour cream, shallot, lime and French baguette chips.
If you prefer our traditional Čáp's tartare, don't despair. We couldn't forget about it either, you can have it like every year.
For the vegetarians, we've prepared two fine-tuned pieces this year, Mushroom tartare with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, shallot, tomato puree, garlic and toasted crostini or you can have a fragrant Olomous curd cheese tartare with chilli, parsley, Pilsner and fried bread with garlic.
And you know what's best? They all go with our Pilsner on tap.
